The target audience for this film is mostly children, and younger teenagers, although it's one of those films that can be enjoyed by all. The musical scenes in the film and the light hearted humour and animation style, would indicate that it is more for children, but the mild horror and peril indicate that it is more for an older audience.

The Corpse Bride
The Corpse Bride is a feature film released on the 21st October 2005. It is Tim Burton's first full length stop motion animation, he had used stop motion in some of his previous films, such as A Nightmare Before Christmas, but he had never used it solely to create a full length feature film. The plot is as follows: "When a shy groom practices his wedding vows in the inadvertent presence of a deceased young woman, she rises from the grave assuming he has married her"
